Chapter meeting November 19 at 7 pm on zoom
November’s meeting features a presentation with Q&A by Kathryn Duvall, Chief of Staff for Oregon Legislature’s Environmental Caucus. Kathryn will discuss the upcoming legislative session and how we can best to help the legislature pass a strong climate agenda and influence legislation.

About Kathryn:
Kathryn Duvall has worked as the Chief of Staff for the Oregon Legislature’s Environmental Caucus since April 2023. She finished her Masters of Public Policy at Oregon State in 2019, focusing on energy policy. Following that, she had a fellowship with Bonneville Power Administration, working on environmental review and compliance, and then worked for the City of Corvallis in economic development and climate policy. She lives in Corvallis.

The Environmental Caucus is open to all state legislators who believe that our state requires bold environmental action. Members are committed to moving quickly, thoughtfully, and boldly to address climate change and its impact on Oregon’s natural resources, wildlife, and people. There are currently 19 members. Chapter meetings are at 7 pm the third Tuesday of the month. To accommodate members from different parts of the Portland Metro area and beyond, our meetings are primarily on zoom, with in person social events a few times per year.
